Damian Costello, Director

Damian is a fully licensed estate agent, REIV accredited owners corporation manager and member of the Owners Corporation Victoria. He was a director of Costello Real Estate in Brighton and has built up a portfolio of owners corporation. Damian is a committee member of the REIV and past chairperson of the REIV Owners Corporation Chapter. Damian is a hands on director and personally supervises any correspondence, meetings and documentation for the business.

Jan Costello, Owners Corporation Administrator

Jan has a background in property work in government and private practice as a town planner with further qualifications in office administration and book keeping. Jan was formerly employed by Costello Real Estate in trust accounting and is the contact person for any financial queries.

Lorraine Warner, Owners Corporation Administrator

Lorraine has a strong customer service and administration background originally working in marketing and then moving into real estate. She obtained her Real Estate Sub-Agents Certificate and has worked as a owners corporation administrator with Damian for 8 years. Her calm and focused attitude towards all aspects of customer relations can be counted on to effectively manage any owners corporation issues in Damian's absence.
